Today our son experienced his first Mass as an Altar Server! WOW! I am so proud…so excited…and so humbled! It was amazing to sit through Mass watching our young son serving in such a wonderful way! He was nervous and anxious!
After Mass was over, he had the pleasure of being approached my so many in the Parish! He was able to hear stories of several men from the Church as they remembered their first experience of serving! So many smiles….so awesome to watch him interacting with such enthusiasm!
I asked him what he liked the most! His answer…..”Wow! Mass went SO fast since I was participating! This was fun! I am so glad I was able to do this today!”
I can only sit here with a smile on my face….my heart is happy……..
Thank you, Lord! I am SO blessed!
