Through The Eyes of a Child

I sit back and close my eyes….I view the upcoming Holiday through those same eyes.

I open myself to the joy…to the innocence…to the mystical glee….lying in wait to hear Santa’s sleigh bells…..the sound of hoof steps on the roof…..or to hear the jingle of bells…as the reindeer shift their stance on the roof.

I am taken back….taken back in time to when I was a young child….lying in bed…..listening….awaiting that chance to hear Santa’s reindeer…..

Let us all be as children this coming Christmas! Out hearts beating….eager for Christmas morning.
