Proud Son

I wish I had a photo! I came home from work tonight to see our son waving me to the man-door to the garage/shop.

He was glowing! He was so proud! He was so excited….his Dad had asked him to dress out the grouse that his Dad got today. So cool! His first opportunity to use his own knife and to dress out a grouse on his own.

I was so lost in his excitement! Watching how carefully….how cautiously he handled his knife to cut the meat….he carefully placed each piece of meat into the bowel that would go to the house to be cleaned.

So proud of him! He worked very hard to clean and carve out what he could. We will share this wonderful meal tomorrow night. I am so proud of our son!
